📄 Star Asset Manager & Star Asset Bot – Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
The Terms of Service are applicable to your access to and use of the Star Asset Manager website and Star Asset Bot Discord bot. By accessing and using the Service, you are accepting these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these Terms of Service, please cease all use of both the website and the bot.
2. Intended Use
The Service is intended to be used by users who have a legitimate, authorized, and responsible intent to manage assets. The Service is intended to provide users with a means to backup, organize, or move assets that users have rightful access to. This includes accessing assets that are public, owned by a user, have permissions granted to a user, or are being moved by a user who is a verified owner.

You are solely responsible for all actions that take place through your account on either the website or the bot. When using either the website or the bot, you must make sure that all assets accessed and used are compliant with Roblox’s Terms of Use, Discord’s Terms of Service, and all applicable laws.
Star Productions is not liable for:
- Abuse of the Service to access unauthorized or private assets
- Any disputes, losses, or damages that arise from your actions
By using the Service, you are aware that Star Productions cannot verify asset ownership or permissions and is not liable if a copyright or intellectual property dispute arises.
4. Legitimate Uses
Examples of permissible uses include:
- Access restoration to assets affected by platform updates
- Asset transfers between collaborators on a shared project
- Asset transfers between games under the same or verified ownership
All uses must remain within Roblox and Discord's Terms of Service.
5. Prohibited Uses
You shall not use Star Asset Manager and Star Asset Bot to:
- Access and download restricted, private, or copyrighted Roblox assets without permission
- Distribute, resell, or republish assets accessed with the Service
- Conduct any use which breaks Roblox's or Discord's Terms of Service
6. Data and Privacy
The Service does not capture or retain any information except for basic operational logs such as user IDs, commands, and time stamps. No other information, including personal information, is collected or shared with third parties except for information provided to Discord and your browser.
7. Termination
Star Productions reserves the right to restrict, suspend, and revoke your access to the website and Star Asset Bot at any time if misuse and violation are suspected.
8. Legal Compliance
You shall remain responsible for ensuring your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws and Roblox's and Discord's Terms of Service. Star Productions shall remain free to take all necessary steps if there are concerns about your misuse of the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of reliability, availability, or performance. Star Productions has no affiliation with and does not endorse Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc.
10. Liability
Star Productions shall not be held responsible for damages, losses, or claims for your use or misuse of Star Asset Manager and Star Asset Bot.

These Terms of Service may change at any time, and by continuing to use the website or the bot, you agree to the new terms.
